We have to admit that we were not familiar with all 5 of them, although the Soltaniyeh Unesco World Heritage Site, one of the five places described in the CNN article, is visited on most of our tours.
I am ashamed to say that when we had the chance to visit Rudkhan Castle in northern Iran we decided against it, because it involved climbing almost 1000 steps. I still regret it and maybe next time we are there we will be in better shape for the climb.
