What about tipping?
Tipping in restaurants is not a big item in Iran and your guide can help you with that. Very often you just round things off.
Regarding tips for your guide and driver, if you are happy with their services you might tip around 2-3% of the cost of your trip for the guide and around half of that for the driver. But this is only a suggestion. You may tip more or less or nothing at all. There is no obligation.
On our recent trip, after we tipped our guide at the end of the trip, she said that she would have been happy to do it for no tip at all.
